Liked Manaus, the hotel was charming small and stunningly beautiful close to the port. Location: the venue was close to the centre of town and cathedral. In the evening we visited Delicias Caseiras, set so close to the hotel.

The pool, while nice to look at, is more suited for laps than lounging due to its narrow walking path was great. The shared balcony situation in the Superior King Room compromises privacy, and a cockroach spotted in the bathroom wasn't exactly a cute sight.
